To check the status of your Internet or Phone order please use our order status page. We also encourage you to create an account . With your account you can track all of your orders, print receipts and create a favorites list.


Sales Tax

7.75% sales tax will be applied to all California transactions.


Shipping Information

Standard Ground (USA)
Orders received before 11:00a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. All orders received after 11:00 a.m. will process within one (1) business day of receipt. All orders within the continental U.S ship via UPS Ground Service. USPS Service is used for orders shipping to a PO Box, Hawaii, Alaska, APO, or FPO.


The Beauty Supply Store does not ship internationally.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery after the order has processed.

Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unopened merchandise with its original packaging material and all documentation, i.e. packing slips, or manufacturer inserts. Please contact us for return authorization before returning merchandise. Customer agrees to bear all shipping fees for returned merchandise. Once the return has been received at the warehouse, you will be refunded the amount of the returned merchandise less the shipping fees. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Allow 30 days for your refund to clear.

We cannot accept returns for opened or used items or due to health reasons.
